Fractional Ownership

If you would like to own a boat but don't think you'll be using it full time, or if you want a large boat without a large investment, you should consider fractional ownership. With fractional ownership two or more people share the cost, use and maintenance of a boat based on the number of shares each party purchases. This allows you to purchase a much more elegant vessel for a substantially smaller investment. We can put you in a yacht for under $1,500.00 a month including all costs, maintenance and insurance.
If you're selling your boat we recommend that you allow us to also include it in our "Fractional" listings to increase exposure and broaden the potential customer base. Or if you own a boat and are considering selling it because you don't use it enough you might consider selling just part of it.
